This barrel extension fits 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrels, when installed it extends the barrel length by .7″ (just under 3/4″) to get that extra length you need for some suppressors and other muzzle devices to clear the hand guard. To install the 5/8″×24 RH Barrel Extension, all you have to do is unscrew your thread protector, brake or other device/accessory and then replace it with this adapter which will give you a .7″ extension to your barrel length and provides a 5/8″×24 RH thread on the end of the barrel. You are now ready to attach any device/accessories that fits the 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrel. Barrel Extension is High Quality 4140 Steel with Black Oxide Finish.
