The HERA USA Linear Compensator Gen 2 is intended for use on short barreled rifles or rifle caliber pistols. The interior design consists of 12 separate expansion chambers which direct gas and sound straight forward of the muzzle, in turn decreasing the shooter’s perceived concussion. The Generation 2 has 30% less weight as well as a reduced outside diameter which fits perfectly under HERA’s IRS handguard system.
