These are blems. They have anodize and issues. It would have been nice for them to say that. *** added by JSE *** These are not blem charging handles. I hate to hear that this one was not in perfect condition and had we known it was not we would have assisted you in getting a replacement. These charging handles are supposed to be first quality.
